Job Objective
1. Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
2. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
3. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
4. Organizing events and conferences
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the GCHRO
2. To co-ordinate with HOD’s, team members to for relevant information and submit the same.
3. Manage phone calls, calendar and correspondence (e-mail, letters, M.O.M etc.)
4. Coordinate & organize a meeting/s with various internal/external stakeholders like, Banks, Institutions, etc.
5. Preparing and monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly meeting calendar.
6. Travel management, ticket booking, etc.
7. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
8. Keep track of prior scheduled appointments and issue timely reminders accordingly
9. Co-ordination with various internal teams with respect to various other matters
10. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
11. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Qualifications
