Qualification & Exp
B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 GW site-level wind project experience & exp. to commission a single project of capacity 300 MW
• Exposure of an EPC company In-depth knowledge &exposure of.
Site planning, monitoring, control, evaluation, reporting; site risk mitigation planning, logistics management, vendor management
Site QHSE ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance Plan, HSSE standard process & protocols, reporting etc
Role Requirements•
Responsible for overall planning and execution of projects as per business plan
Goal setting for the team with clear deliverables on both qualitative and quantitative areas• Ensure fulfilment of deliverables by the team on KPI• Empowerment of team with clear
delegation of authority.• P&L Responsibility for the region /site Preparation and adherence of site
budget • Conceptualization and implementation of systems and processesManpower and resource planning for
optimum utilization for contractors . Coach and mentor team members, provide frequent and constructive feedback & ensure their training and
development
• Build internal and external relationships
