Maintaining documentation of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015.
Manpower Handling/Shift Handling
Making operation plan of all furnaces without any stoppage.
Inter department coordination like PPC/ Quality/Production.
Coordinate with Quality department regarding complaints in material, making corrective action plan.
Making shift schedule.
Check process parameters in G-shift & troubleshooting in all shift activities.
Maintain the gas plant for smooth operations.
Physically inventory control & stock taking as per requirement.
Maintaining 5S in the department and Annealing zone.
Computer/System Skills Required: –
