- This position is responsible to lead the maintenance team members to resolve daily equipment breakdowns in shortest possible time and in safe working conditions.
- Group leaders plan and organize daily maintenance activities, Demonstrate problem solving skills for PM and breakdown abnormalities.
- Group leader collaborates with various cross functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity, quality & other process related issues.
- Validating all the PLC,HMI and drive Programs are as per ITS standards
- Responsible for TM Skill evaluation, training & development to enhance their skills
- Utilities optimization in Assembly shop through various initiatives
