Aditya Birla Group Job Description:
Perform, Supervise, Execute and make Availability of mechanical equipment, packages, To achieve budgeted production plan
Perform conditional monitoring and predictive maintenance as per plan and requirements
Raise PR for procure spares to support any breakdown/critical requirements.
To execute all production specific job requirement e.g. line/strainer opening, cleaning, decoking,
Involve in breakdown/why-why analysis and RCA to find root cause of breakdown and attend the same for removing future possibilities of same.
Quality:
Implement the SOP of Quality assurance plan to achieve Qualities of Mechanical work As per production requirement
To procure material with test certificates and checking of same before material approval and usage.
To ensure procurement of equipment through approved QA plant and stage wise inspections.
To carry out maintenance or modification work in Right first time concept to avoid rework and poor quality.
Ensure job completion, closing of permit and housekeeping for execution of each job and work permit.
To develop SMPs for each maintenance work and PM work
Reliability:
Perform and execute Predictive Maintenance as per conditional monitoring to enhance the reliability of mechanical equipment
To maintain Predictive Maintenance and follow conditional monitoring planner, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly check list.
Implementation of conditional monitoring schedule in plant in coordination with production shift in charge to take permit and carry out the PM.
Project Management:
Perform and Execute detail engineering, procurement, expediting and site execution activities of mechanical, packages to complete project Timely and optimized cost.
To provide critical mechanical inputs during BEP and detail engineering.
To execute all detail engineering mechanical documents like MDS/MR/ENQUIRY/OFFERS/TBA/DRAWINGS/QAP/FINAL DRAWING.
To coordinate & inspect & clear all stage wise and final inspections of equipment/piping/packages and their timely delivery at site.
To perform, execute and closely monitor erection and commissioning of plant equipment/piping and packages.
SHE:
To Maintain Statutory & SHE compliance includes DuPont safety system applicable in mechanical Un-interrupted Operations of plants
To carry out all cold/hot work and height work jobs as per standard rules and procedures as per DuPont.
To do PSM as per DuPont standard.
To carry out regular inspection of pressure vessels and Lifting tools, tackles & rigging tools, lift, hoist as per statutory standard.
People Development:
To impart training and motivate team members of mechanical in various aspects of mechanical area for executing the task ensuring reliability of equipment.
To identify training needs of individual and team of mechanical
Corporate Initiatives:
Perform for effective WCM and IMS practice in mechanical area for overall productivity and working conditions
To implement 5S and housekeeping practices in mechanical area.
To create visuals in plant and workshop for each and every mechanical items.
Organization:
To Execute Customer audits requirement pertaining to area of concern Facility Approval
To up keep of the plant on daily basis from mechanical side.
Keeping records of all data for viewing of customer in case.
