IDIP (IDESA Industrial Plants) takes care all those works carried out outside the manufacturing workshops. Since its creation in 2012, IDIP has 4 main business areas: Turnarounds, modules, tanks, and construction.
Execution of shutdowns and turnarounds of units such as FCC, Coke Drums and FCK. This area was created with the aim of complementing our supplies to refineries.
In this field, IDIP also provides PMC (Project Management and Consultancy) and technical supervision services.
IDIP dedicates part of its activity to modular construction providing the following support to our clients:
- Detailed and fabrication engineering
- Project management
- Planning & Scheduling
- Steel structure: prefabrication, assembly, and connections
- Static equipment (supply and/or installation)
- Piping: prefabrication, assembly, connection, and NDT
- Painting work
- Site integration and interconnection
Tank refurbishment: Singular tank repair or maintenance works such as roof and floor replacements or shell repairs and modifications.
EPC: Engineering, prefabrication, supply, and mechanical completion of storage tanks (API/EN 14015).
Field installation and/or mechanical completion services of all equipment that, due to size restrictions, cannot be supplied in one piece
