Knowledge in HT / LT , utilities and other electrical equipment together with basics of Allen Bradley & Siemens PLCs & AC drives
Configure I/O, troubleshoot existing PLCs program, customize the program as per site requirements
Breakdown analysis Spare Management
TPM implementaiton and follow up Departmental IFE follow up.Implementation of 5’SPM plan and completion follow up with production departments
Adherence to Hindalco – HSE Norms Implementation preventive and predictive maintenance of Knowledge in HT / LT , utilities and other electrical equipment together with basics of Allen Bradley & Siemens PLCs & AC drives
knowledge in PLCs like Allen Bradley and Siemens
Working exposure in DRIVES
Field instruments procurement, installation, and commissioning
Preparing and performing planed preventive Maintenance &Annual Maintenances. Manpower handling and training.
Identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through the application of trouble shooting tools.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
Maintenance of Interlock Panel, power control centre panel, PLC panel, pneumatic control panel and VFD panel.
