Attending daily complaints handling and troubleshooting of Auto LPG dispensing stationsPlanning and schedule of Periodic preventive maintenance of ALDS stations
Periodical calibration and stamping of ALDS dispenser, follow up with Legal Meteorology department, other Statutory approvals / renewals, coordination with PESO approved third parties and other statutory bodies.Carrying out statutory testing at ALDS such at SRV testing, Hydrotesting etc. and certification from competent person
Periodical safety audit of the installation
Periodical safety training to ALDS operators
Inventory management of ALDS stations
Cost monitoring of spares consumption and maintenance
Handling team of technician for maintenance and service activities
Project Management support for LPG installations
Service Management support cum analysis related to LPG installations
Product development, Trials related to LPG storage cum handling system in co-ordination with vendors
Carrying out Safety Audits and Trainings for LPG Installations
Technical support to Support sales and purchase team
Standardization of Specification, SOPs , Drawings, Technical Manuals, Tenders etc.Regional data collection, analysis and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification – B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical/ Electrical / Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation
Experience – 3 to 5 years in Service Engineer role
Computer literacy , preferably in AUTO CAD
Information of equipment available in market/ Basic knowledge of LPG
Own Conveyance is a must with a valid licenseKey Competencies
