Job description:-
○DFM & DFA: Participate in DFM reviews, lead & resolve DFM queriesTooling: Lead/support tooling localization projects, support tool obsolescence
○Design and development: Develop new part/assembly to fulfill functional requirement
○Materials: understands material properties and application.
○RFQ: DMR study, RFQ preparations
○DMR’s: Drawing creations/updations, perform Tolerance stack up analysis, apply GD&T controls
○Cost analysis/V&V: contribute to generate productivity funnel through support/lead should costing analysis, participate in VAVE and DFX workshop
○Simulations: Perform and/or interpret the FEA/moldflow results
○V&V: develop test fixtures and SOP’s, perform test to learn activities
○Cross function interactions: efficiently works with cross functions (PM, SQE, System designer, supplier, V&V leader) to develop design solutions.
○Continuous improvement: develop tool & part design checklists, design guides, automation
○Bachelors degree in mechanical/production engineering
○P.G diploma in tool design
