B.E / Diploma in civil engineering with 2-3 years experience. Should have good technical knowledge and able to read and execute the drawings. Day to day planning and managing site activities, knowledge of material inspection, supervising labour teams and overall site management. Coordination and monitoring should be the key skill. Must have good communication skill and computer knowledge
Graduate with specialization in HR, having 3-5 years of experience in construction firms, should have knowledge of preparing HR policies, capable of handling complete HR related activities. Must have experience in office administration, coordination with other departments, good communication skills, overall management and administration of office
Any graduate/post graduate with 5+ years of experience in construction & Real estate firms, should have strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, sales pitching, digital marketing and media advertising. Must actively contribute in seeking out new opportunities, acquiring new contractual projects, capable of participating in conferences and events, develop special promotions within corporate sector, knowledgeable in market research and current market trends, must be innovative in approach. Looking for excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. Capable of working in a team and must be a go-getter.
