Coordinate with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, EHS, Quality, Risk, Sourcing, Tax, Field Service for timely delivery of proposal until contract closure.
Present the deal risk profile and obtain the necessary approval.
Review, amend and negotiate terms and conditions. Accountable for identifying, documenting, and mitigating contractual risk.
Support deal closing and conduct the handover process to execution.
Document and upload all deal related documents on business tools.
Comply with GE policies, work instructions and guidelines on ITO processes.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
Knowledge of commercial aspects and contractual terms and conditions.
Knowledge of energy industry related markets, products and services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
