Responsibilities:
Preparing Technical requirement specification for the paint and resin related equipment
Co-ordinate with design team and work with the supplier on the design requirement and participate in the review-Responsible for Impact analysis on factory layout for the tools and new product
Define the utility requirements in layout along with cross functional team & Interfaces on the resin and paint related equipment’s
Drive process improvements with innovative solutions in order to deliver the projects more efficiently, regular workshops, SOA etc.
Contribute to cost reduction and improve quality through standardization, mobilization and process efficiency improvements
Drive knowledge sharing, train new employees & contribute to team competency building
