VESTAS Diploma Electrical Engineer Job Description:
L1 technical support to sites as and when needed
performance analysis of WTG’s as per contract / Query against clients and sites.
Focus on supporting Service lowering the LPF
Handling requests in ticketing systems and assuring support
Involve schedule service / Unscheduled service activities for checking the conformities as per standard.
Support site team by involving trouble shooting activity if the WTG down more than 24 hours.
Support/Create documents for non-standard site activities to follow the tasks effectively.
Work/Lead the campaign on repeated/ongoing issues which hit the site performance in terms of higher LPF/FIFT/Safety.
