Suguna Foods Electrical Supervisor Job Description:
Maintain and follow up the Electrical daily and preventive maintenance schedule and if necessary to stop the equipment towards rectification.
Monitor the regular maintenance work (Panel and motor cleaning, Motor assembling, DG and compressors oil, air leakages and battery condition etc).
Maintain the critical and regular consumed Spares.
According to reorder level spares should be indented.
Follow up the A/C, Weigh bridge and Scales maintain and full fill statutory needs.
Provide the training programs to the department staffs monthly once.
Internal / external faculty to be arranged based on needs.
Follow up the Civil works.
Monthly report preparation and submission to his reporting manager.
Ensure all Electrical Assistance work Satisfaction.
To arrange necessary man and materials.
Maintain all plant electrical equipment including monitoring and measuring equipment, within appropriate manufacturer specification or standards set by the plant.
