Responsibilities:
The primary role will be to facilitate the Construction on site, problem solving, removing bottle necks and working across various levels of all stakeholders / parties / contractors / consultants and RIL departments
Will be responsible for the physical delivery of the Component / Area as per Schedule, Safety and Quality desired by RIL. He will facilitate the Works within his Area for various Vendors / contractors and manager overall sequencing of the delivery coordinating various trades contractors.
Leading and allocating work to the team defining clearly the role & responsibility to be performed by each team member.
Managing sub-contractors, vendors and coordinating with Design Team, Principal Contractor, Project Management Team
Assisting the sub-contractors, vendors with all issues faced by them and playing an active role in assisting them for resolution of the same with any party. This includes interface management with other vendors, technical details, engineering and submittals, coordination with Procurement & Contracts group.
Should demonstrate excellence in coordination, experience in use of Shop Drawings, and estimation of various work elements.
