Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design and production teams to develop for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and develop tooling, fixtures, jigs for CNC machining operations.
Prepare the process sheet for manufacturing. Evaluate tooling options, recommend optimal machining solutions to reduce costs, and support the development of quality control processes to meet product standards.
Create and maintain essential documentation, such as CNC programs, work instructions, and SOPs, to standardize production processes.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical NCRs to identify and address underlying
issues.
Conduct analyses to optimize workflow, throughput, and work cell layout, and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process efficiency.
Evaluate the overall OEE and labor efficiency. Workout with the production team to develop a new part as per cycle time
