Participate in regular audits/validation of the sites with either installed relevant infrastructure or on which the new solution is proposed deployment Colt Technology
Create and furnish audit reports with high and low level requirements on possible expansions
Design and validate technical solutions with stakeholders(Electrical / mechanical technical / BMS infrastructure) that meet the demand, taking into account all the regulatory standards, including budgetary constraints.
Interface with Consultants, Architects, Planners, Govt entities etc. for solution design , validation, planning permissions etc.
Manage the deployment of new sites from the provision of the land, until the delivery of the technical solution
Stakeholder management for projects related to infra expansions/installations managing risks via available mitigation, avoidance strategies.Provide advice and guidance to construction teams, necessary information for realization
Improve and adapt the solutions currently in place, maintain operational infrastructure
Provide and maintain necessary documentation on installed infrastructure systemsHands on experience on drawing software like BIM360Provide onsite technical support if Requirements smaller infrastructure projects and provide reports to the project team
Power and cooling Capacity management
Become a subject matter expert in installed and upcoming products in required domain.
Ensure compliance with standards of design employed by other COLT.Acting as technical interface with DCS team, local delivery teams, design consultants, contractors and other internal/external stakeholders employed on all estate projects

The candidate should be able to demonstrate :Experience and knowledge of mechanical systems (cooling, fire extinguishing, water leak, etc.) deployed in a technical room in telecommunications
Experience and knowledge of electrical systems (rectifiers, UPS, generators, switch Gear, etc.)Experience and knowledge of BMS systems (surveillance, security, etc.)Knowledge of technical room design or telecommunications shelters
The candidate must be able to find replacement solutions while taking into account all the regulatory standards.Knowledge of Telco Infrastructure design
White space design (e.g. CAD experience)Experience in international DC/Node space standards.Demonstrate experience of working with different stakeholders in the delivery of complex technical projects
Experienced in problem solving and fault finding.At least 05 years’ experience in Mechanical engineering in the data centre space or related field

Experienced in working on operational side of critical infrastructure.Ability to work in an international environment.Ability to work in virtual teams
