Position: Electrical Design Engineer
The Role:
Electrical Engineer should have a strong understanding of MV/LV projects. Should have hands on experience into conceptual designs, basic & detailed engineering of electrical & protection system and their circuit building. Well versed with relevant guidelines like NEC, NFPA, IEC, UL standards. Will be independently
dealing with the Client, Vendors and internal resources.
You are Expected to:
⚫ Work independently on project deliverables from the base design stage to detailed designs,
⚫ Design electrical power distribution and control schemes.
• Prepare single line diagram for PCC, MCC.
⚫ Be aware of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power distribution and planning.
• Be aware of various level of protection systems and earthing systems.
• Prepare BOM of all Electrical system.
Prepare technical specification of entire electrical panels and other components used in
electrical system.
You will the right fit if you have:
B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
⚫ 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
⚫ Strong working knowledge of software AUTO CAD (Electrical) Mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Electrical software (ETAP / SKM / SPEL etc.) will be an added advantage.
⚫ Microsoft software including Excel, Project, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
required.
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Location: Bangalore, India
