Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on luxury villas or high-end residential projects. • Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing processes. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting/Knowledge of Sketch Up and REVIT.
