Job knowledge & experience of civil work of heavy industrial construction preferably cement plant.
Experience of civil infrastructure & non-plant buildings.
Able to lead team of 2-4 site engineers and contract manpower.
Having exposure of estimating & costing for civil works.
Effective utilization of available resources to meet the targets.
Candidate must have hand on work experience of Auto CAD.
Working knowledge of layout/drawings, able to prepare BOQ. Estimation, costing and checking of measurements and bill reconciliation, etc.
Working experience of industrial project execution like structures, buildings, roads, etc. and having art of getting the job done from contractors.
Candidate must require knowledge of layout schematic diagram and civil engineering drawings.
Must possess good communication, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skill.
Should be good at various problem-solving tools, ensure completion of the civil jobs as entrusted in stipulated time with maintaining desired quality standards of all norms.
Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements for timely completion of civil projects.
Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure productivity, skills & development of motivated and performance-oriented workforce.
