ABB Group Mechanical Engineer Job Description:
- Organizing and allocating resources effectively and efficiently meet line production targets. Responding to resource issues as necessary
- Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in demand plan and defined inventory service levels
- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvement as necessary. Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production line
- Identifying deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policie
