Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil systems, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify issues and coordinate timely repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
Manage a team of technicians and craftspersons, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to best practices.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance to support budget planning and resource allocation.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers on upcoming projects, providing insights into maintenance implications and resource needs.
Monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies, ensuring all maintenance activities are executed within legal and environmental guidelines.
