Responsibilities:
Execution of works at high standards as directed by the Section In charge.
Serving primarily as the fore-front soldier for multiple execution activities at site and checking whether the activities are in line with the quality, contract and design and drawings specifications.
Co-ordination with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly programs.
Interpretation of drawings and ensuring execution as per the drawings.
Execution of works as per approved method statement. Supervision and monitoring of construction works, ensuring adherence to quality.
Development of overall project plan and construction schedule site plan in line with budget / construction schedule for assigned Section.
Reporting daily progress and maintaining Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Coordination with consultants and clients with daily progress reports (DPR) and request for information (RFI) validations.
Maintaining perfect and co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.
Establishment of project infrastructure as per contract / work requirement.
Coordinating with client representative for handling over of work fronts to start the works as per the base schedule, land acquisition and for other consents to for fulfilling statutory and contractual requirements.
Obtaining mandatory licenses, approvals and clearances required for project establishment (Across functions) from State / Central Govt departments (as applicable and as per contractual provisions).
