B.E/B. Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering • Candidate with 4 to 6 years of Maintenance experience in PCBA Manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT, ICT Machines – Machine details – Placement machine (Siplace), Screen Printer (Dek), Reflow Oven (Seho), wave soldering, PCBA Test machines and other equipment’s relevant to PCBA manufacturing process.
• PLC programming knowledge.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
• Skill to understand circuit diagram to troubleshoot electrical faults in machine.
• Ability to work along with team to get the desired results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & techniques (eg. 8D)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders in the organization.
