What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory and achieving dealer wise targets.
Conducting trade promotional activities, product wise, territory wise and month wise.Facilitating sales promotion activities, day wise, week wise, month wise.
Market development activities, pro trade & pro retail market field related.Achievement of collection targets from creditors.
Provide a monthly sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook. Coordinate with project sales teams for project sales throughout the distribution network.
To monitor and develop dealer and retailer network in the assigned territory.Implement various retailer / dealer schemes.
Maintain data base of Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Carpenters, Aluminum Fabricators and Masons in the respective branch etc. & convert them into the business by tracking each activity.
Develop contractors with the help of training through technical team.Geographical expansion by appointing dealers / Sub dealers and managing them efficiently
Dealer and Discount management in the market & maintain uniform pricing structure.Mapping & visiting B & C class architect to focus on mid-size project
Market participation for the monitoring, development & control of all the KRA related activities, furnishing timely reports, and strong implementer of pre-defined strategies of the company.Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd
Desired Candidate ProfileAssistant Area Manager – Retail Sales is responsible for retaining and garnering market share in the Plaster boards business.
Ensuring and maintaining growth in metal section, value added board, jointing compound and ceiling tiles.
Ensuring awareness among our customers with promotional activities & loyalty program. Expanding customer base with new dealer appointment in new territories and ensuring statutory compliance for smooth functioning of daily business.
